The various means of Communication of the Company’s Performance and Progress is made to the Stakeholders through the Annual Report including the Directors’ Report, which forms an important part of such report and also the Report on Corporate Governance, Management Discussion & Analysis Report (M&DA) and the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account along with the various Schedules and notes collectively forming the Audited Financial Results.

The Company’s Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Financial Results will henceforth be posted on the Company’s Portal www.saharahousingfina.com.

Throughout the year, the Company’s Financial Results (i.e. Audited & Unaudited) are generally published in The Financial Express, having nationwide circulation and Aajkal (a leading Bengali Daily) as per the mandatory requirements of the Listing Agreement.

As part of Regulatory Compliances, all Reports, Listing Agreement Compliances and Material Information of the Company are communicated to the Stock Exchange i.e. BSE.

As the Company is a Listed, Quoted Housing Finance Company (HFC) principally regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB), quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Compliances and information are also communicated to the said Regulator.
